- Extensive visilbity to Operations. - You can learn lot of Enterprise tools and infra here.

- Management Style: The environment is heavily driven by micromanagement. There is a lack of trust in employee autonomy, which stifles individual growth. - Process Inefficiency: There is a heavy emphasis on manual documentation. Unfortunately, initiatives to automate tasks or improve efficiency are often discouraged, leading to repetitive and redundant work. - Lack of Structure: Work allocation is disorganized. Tasks are assigned randomly by various seniors without a clear hierarchy or workload balance, leading to confusion and burnout. - Work Culture: The senior leadership/mentorship is lacking. Rather than supporting juniors, the environment feels uncooperative. - Post-Resignation Treatment: Expectation to handle unpaid On-Call duties during the notice period, which shows a lack of respect for labor boundaries and professional norms.
