      1.odd working hours because most client are from US and Europe 2. Good for bachelor's not great for married people 3. Lot of young talent with no work exp

      My Experience with GEP

      Pros

      I am currently working with GEP for one year now. Based on my observations, I would say this is one of the best companies I worked so far. One important cultural aspect of this company is the absence of politics and power games, people are here quite strait forward and maintain open communication which is something uncommon in most of the companies today.

      Cons

      I feel that the company needs to concentrate on strengthening the internal systems and processes. Most of the employee feel they work 12 hours per day, 6 days a week and still not have sufficient time to get everything done. They begin to complain about "overload" and excessive stress. This is one of the symptoms of growth which needs to addressed ASAP, which help sustain the growth.

      Great experience for an Associate to start their career in Procurement or Consulting

      Pros

      As a first-year, I was granted invaluable consulting experience and growth opportunities by directly working with clients. It was a rewarding feeling, especially coming fresh out of college and being able to quickly notice my value and the direct impact I had on projects and their success. GEP talent pool consists of really bright individuals that keep me motivated and inspired. The supportive work environment instills confidence in me so I am ready to face the challenges that I seek in my position.

      Cons

      This might not be a con for some people, but GEP offers consultants autonomy and they will provide consultants with more challenging work or responsibility to help them grow. Not every worker can handle this, but go-getters certainly thrive in this environment.
