      The flexible approach may be challenging for individuals used to the mentality of a large organization with very standard processes The transparency on performance may not be suited for everyone and only high caliber individuals may thrive in such an environment Client & product deadline pressures may be stressful for a brief amount of time, but can be juggled well by capable individuals
