      I've been with GEP for over 2.5 years and have grown with the company. GEP is a mid-size company and I have always worked with companies of this size where the working environment suits me. - Huge potential to grow into a 100+ mil company by 2014~15 - Have the best brands as customers - It operates in a niche area of business with strong prospects of growth and has medium competition - Good people to work with - Lots of fun @ work initiatives/ opportunities to meet senior management - Products and Services are maturing/ meeting market needs - Employees recognized & rewarded routinely

      The company is growing fast and the management will need to keep up with the demands/ challenges of a 1000+ company. Need to invest more on processes/ systems/ top talent Career counselling and growth plan for employees in the organization
