Training was how to sell more than how to process an order and use the tools, was lost when I got home.

There are no good reasons to work here.. they promise you the moon and make it sound easy to get extra bonuses but when it comes down to it they are almost impossible to achieve.

Cons

No CRM tool. Demands are ridiculous.

Just two benefits to the client qualifies you for the appointment bonuses and many sales people qualify everyday. Just compare our compensation / salary reviews on Glass door and note that GHA is 2 to 3 times better pay than all of our competitors. With regard to daily calls those are goals and everyone knows if you are out on appointments one day calls will be less that day. We wish you the best of luck in the future and again sorry our opportunity didn't work out for you and thanks for trying. Oh and buy the way, we do offer three different CRM options and sorry you missed that.

None, not trustworthy, deceptive, unethical, untrusting

Cons

The CEO is not trustworthy. He offers a bait and switch. They do not care for their sales people. You have to pay for everything out of pocket including freight, travel and expenses, legal fees when clients don't pay on time. They immediately withhold commissions if the client is even a day late. Not a good place to work.
