A-W-F-U-L, completely toxic management, HR and Diversity and Inclusion department. Very political environment. VERY political, lots of layoffs, lots lies, lots unscrupulous dealings, total workmill requiring 80 hours per week, lousy bonuses and very unfair "principal and associate" program. Their HR department and head of I&D are particularly unfair, nasty and downright evil. They also only care about the S. Hemisphere and expect you to be at meetings at 11 pm but can't be bothered to accommodate the N. Hemisphere. Finally, their 401(k) provider, Securian Financial is one of the worst in the business and will charge you an exorbitant fee to withdraw your money (but GHD doesn't care because 401k plans are a US benefit and they are an Australian company. The worst is they will say all of the right things while stabbing you in the back. Avoid this company and its management like the plague. -- they are AWFUL people.

Corporate leadership is tanking the company. Employee owned was a joke term to all employees I worked with. Safety culture found employees at fault for everything. It was toxic and misguided.
