      Pros

      I liked my coworkers but as far as the company there are no pros

      Cons

      The pay: could be a good place to work if you're just starting out and need some experience, but don't expect to get any pay increase as you gain this experience. Its pretty much only good as a first job to get a year under your belt and find something better that'll pay what you're worth The management: only care about billable work which is out of your control and make work feel more like a jail

      Pros

      --Great benefits --Very safety focused --Team based atmosphere is encouraged but no one really shares work because the manager is so focused on achieving a very high billability percentage.

      Cons

      --Extremely toxic office and manager doesn't mitigate office conflicts effectively --Expectations on new hires are excessive compared to experience --Long hours are frequently expected, difficult to balance work/life balance or even keep a medical appointment made in advance.

      Merger Hurt Employee Culture

      Pros

      There is a lot of work at GHD and I was ALWAYS busy and there are some interesting projects. Competitive salary.

      Cons

      There used to be a much better culture, all of the employee benefits were slashed after the merger was completed. Although I had excellent yearly reviews, I was still worse off financially than when I first joined the company. Work/Life balance slowly dissolving.
