      If you enjoy a toxic work environment and no career growth than this is the place for you. Otherwise stay away from this company!!!!!!

      Cons

      This company does not care about you at all. The high turnover rate for younger employees shows that they do not care about the growth and development of their employees. The managers I had to work with were some of the most incompetent and abusive managers I have ever seen. They took micro-managing to a whole different level. Nobody has your back and you will get blamed for every little thing even if you do everything that your bosses and managers say. This place encourages a toxic work environment and will do nothing if you complain to HR about. STAY AWAY!!!

      The company only cares about money not anything so it probably will live

      Cons

      Everyone is for themselves. A lot of backstabbing cause employees are considered tools, and if an employee cannot generate enough profit for the company, he/she will be out. Many employees are chasing for works cause there aren’t enough work for everyone to stay employed.

      - reliable work in the office I was in - for the most part interesting colleagues - you can get good entry level experience

      Cons

      - billable hour is king - the leadership is mostly older white males with little foresight or technological understanding - personal, professional, and business growth is hampered by stratified management and focus on billable hours
