      Pros

      Good benefits, two weeks off at Christmas, and most holidays off.

      Cons

      Antiquated leadership, lack of structure from Project Managers, lack of direction with projects and responsibilities. Most projects are hoarded, you spend more time seeking projects to maintain billable hours than actually working on projects, then when review time comes around PMs will say that it is a 'productivity issue' .
