Pros
Somewhat relaxed environment, WFH, nice coworkers.
Cons
The pay is so low, it is comparable to minimum wage work besides for the principals and maybe a few associates. I feel bad for anyone who is in a more senior role because their pay half the time does not go up when responsibilities increase. Minimum raises if any raise, so pay doesn’t keep up with inflation. It is hard to live on the 40-60k salaries they pay the majority of their employees. Pay is very good for higher ups. Slim chances of advancement.
