      Pros

      Pretty good work-life balance, national company with multiple locations can provide transfer opportunities. Maintained the CRA management style in N America , for the most part.

      Cons

      A different company now in N America after the merger but that is expected. Former CRA management seems to be slowly moving out. CRA management style is also slowly moving out as well. Heavy emphasis on engineering which leaves environmental staff wondering. Poor communication between management and staff.

      Pros

      I worked with good people. However, the toxic environment in our office made the best ones want to leave...and they did in droves.

      Cons

      There is a huge disconnect between leadership and staff. They preform employee surveys but make a big show about acting on them but rarely follow through. Benefits in the Americas used to be good before the CRA merger, then they merged and they became awful...including lots of PTO days. But the most egregious fault of the company is not acting on multiple reports of misconduct.
