      Pros

      Excellent, knowledgable and intelligent staff, great work atmosphere, great company to "get your foot in the door" and it gives you a great addition to your resume and portfolio.

      Cons

      GHD is growing and is acquiring more and more territory - and they are getting greedy. I was underpaid the entire length of my employment, but I took the job because I was an entry level. They don't give their staff enough opportunity to grow or get promoted, I asked numerous times because I craved more opportunity. They don't hand it out because they don't want to shell out the pay raises that come along with it - they'd rather use cheap labor, and replace employees as needed to maintain cheap salaries. I left GHD with a job offer that doubled my salary and then some, along with a promotion - this shows their way of compensating their employees.

      Pros

      Good local company and local culture. Fair pay for senior levels.

      Cons

      Undertakes too many changes in processes, business strategies, organizational structure, etc. at the same time and it is being done constantly. Pay is a bit sub-par for more junior level positions
