- Lack of Job Security: My biggest concern with GHD is the lack of job security. Despite having good performance reviews and contributing positively to the team, I was abruptly terminated. This decision came out of nowhere and was justified as a “corporate decision” due to "company needs."

- Questionable Hiring Practices: Based on my experience, I suspect that the company might replace higher-paid employees with cheaper labor. This approach undermines the trust and loyalty of dedicated employees.
- No Notice Period: The termination was immediate, with no two weeks' notice or transition period. This left me in a challenging situation, scrambling to find new employment without any buffer time.
- Irresponsible HR Practices: I believe the human resources department is very irresponsible. Why bother hiring someone if they believe the pay is too high? This reflects poor planning and management from the HR team.
