Huge emphasis on safety culture.... Career Pathways available to discuss with managers during yearly PRD!

Poor Career Growth and Development. Pay is stagnant and also less than the industry standard for Engineers Predominantly Male Driven. Misogynistic behavior is common and not followed up on when reported to HR Management are unwilling to train new staff in area's they are not confident in
