      Management - Does not seem to care about workers/lost any sort of connection with employees Too much focus on KPI's/profits Little to no bonuses Little to no opportunities to move up Mostly a "do as your told" environment. ok pay.... nothing to be excited about. Expectation of working overtime. Little to no communication from management
