      Pros

      You aren't cleaning toilets...or flipping burgers. You could be picking up roadkill or stripping, but you'd still be better off.

      Cons

      Poor leadership in North America. Company strategy is obviously to make as much profit as possible at the expense of entry to mid level professionals. No raises. Performance bonuses are a joke compared to competitors. US business carries a struggling Canadian business (due to the weak CAN dollar) and the reliance on oil and gas work will inevitably lead to GHD's demise. Trump may give them life support for a few more years...

      Systematic documentation processes. Recommended for entry-level professionals. Recognizes performance. Great internal HR policies (leaves, reviews, seminars, etc.). Adapts a more horizontal organisational structure. Highly prioritises safety.

      Cons

      Close to zero work-life balance. Over-utilised employees (overwork-underpaid). Management tends to hire junior professional in order to increase work quantity, rather than hire senior/principals and improve work quality.
