      Good for recent grads

      Pros

      Aspiring Civil Engineers who recently graduated from good schools will do well. They get preferential treatment from management.

      Cons

      No respect for Senior Engineers. Senior engineers often feel like their voice doesn't matter, and they are upset that most of the work goes to the young kids. Also, below market pay.

      Good Place to start, but leave once you have enough experience

      Pros

      - Good career starter - Very knowledgeable managers - People treat you nicely I enjoyed being able to learn a lot in a short time frame which helps a lot in building skill set. People are nice, there are more social events since the merger which is really nice.

      Cons

      - Too cliquey - Need to play the game to move up - Everything revolves around drinking (or who can drink the most) - No overtime/non existent bonus Not a place to stay if don't want to play the game. Most people are nice to work with, but when deadlines are coming, management takes it out on you. I've been belittled many times during my time at the company. I just felt like I could not enjoy my life without management implying that I will have consequences for not being at work (i.e. no bonuses, no moving up, etc).

      Good company culture! Management treat everyone professionally! A good training ground for new graduates!

      Cons

      Workload gets too heavy at times especially for employees working with more than one project at a time. Work-life balance can get difficult to attain.
