      Merger Hurt Employee Culture

      Pros

      There is a lot of work at GHD and I was ALWAYS busy and there are some interesting projects. Competitive salary.

      Cons

      There used to be a much better culture, all of the employee benefits were slashed after the merger was completed. Although I had excellent yearly reviews, I was still worse off financially than when I first joined the company. Work/Life balance slowly dissolving.

      Wide range of services, depth of knowledge, presence in major cities and smaller towns, great value slogan, reasonable work and life balance.

      Cons

      Old boys club, too risk averse, lacks creativity and innovation, poor investment strategy in skill development, too many red tapes
