      Pros

      Some good people and some interesting and varied projects. Very flexible employer in terms of work hours and location. Good IT and support.

      Cons

      Total absence of any direction from UK management. Few development opportunities. Management make no attempt to staunch the exodus of talent. No social life to speak of either. No benefits.

      Pros

      GHD is a family oriented company. Employees are always willing to assist with any questions I had during my term there. I loved it!!!!

      I don't see any downsides to working at GHD.
