      Above average pay Client centered focus Good people to work with Innovation is encouraged and supported provided you can justify the investment.

      Cons

      Management structure tends to flow to that of the latest acquisition. Bonus program is inconsistent at best Benefits program is being cut to match industry norms rather than valuing the employee.
