      Pros

      Privately owned, well structured service lines nice offices easy to use management information systems empowerment for project managers and technical pathways for individuals

      Cons

      No accountability once you make it in the boys club, extreme lack of talent in senior management roles and when they do get sidelined they make up a gig for them so they can keep collecting dividends while they flog the junior staff

      Not an Employee oriented company as how it promotes itself! Employees who not shareholders are not treated fairly.

      Pros

      Provides training where required; however the expectations are very high after completion of training.

      Cons

      if you dont drink with your boss on Friday drinks and other social gatherings, you are not in the circle and you will not be treated well. The hardworking you are the less likely that you will be appreciated. Bludgers are welcome if you are a favourite of the boss!

      Pros

      Most of the people are great to work with and there is always at least one exciting project in the pipeline. Training is offered, industry networking is strongly encouraged and teams work well together.

      Cons

      Occasionaly secretive with major decisions, and terrible communication between some senior staff makes life difficult. The culture is conservative bordering on dull, and equality exists strongly some days and is non-existent for others. No willingness to embrace change.
