      There is a flat management structure Autonomy in projects with good technical support when needed Opportunities to suggest and get involved in new initiatives and take ownership of these A strong focus on training and development for staff

      While the company has great values of teamwork, respect and integrity, it has a traditional and somewhat conservative approach which may not suit everyone.

      A money-making, managerial machine

      Good salary, flexible working hours, good mix of professions working under one roof, great annual leave program, impressive office location

      Cons

      The management is too hierarchical making how the business is run versus the real-world product that is delivered totally disconnected. There are too many managers that don't really understand the disciplines that they are suppose to manage. Overheads and charge out rates are too high so it is difficult to do any thought provoking work on the tight budgets they need to win work. There is no encouragement for self development, especially if you are looking for creative solutions or innovative outcomes. None of the disciplines really collaborate with each other, so no discipline knows how to work in a multidisciplinary team, even though the company touts itself as multidisciplinary. It's just superficial with no collaboration and workshops afforded in any budget. The company as a whole only stands for development and money-making. There are no other apparent values with the company based on the clients they have or the projects they pursue; whatever makes them money.
