      International opportunities, diverse work, fast growth in the US

      Cons

      Money Driven, Unreasonable budget goals, unrealistic profit margins, do not value people's input, very secretive about who the shareholders are or how to become one.

      Exposure to multinational corporate culture; Good web portal for innovation.

      Cons

      Employees constantly struggling to fill time sheets; poor job planning & very high charge out rate; top heavy, non existent middle level but hard working grad level staff . Job insecurity. More focus on profit margin than actual job.

      Pros

      The people you get to work with are okay, technically and design wise you are pretty much left alone to run projects on your own but you can count on a support group of peer reviewers if needed. A large amount of autonomy is accorded to JMs and PDs except for a very close watch on the $$

      Cons

      Products are pretty average ('GHD quality') - good value for money BUT NOT spectacular and definitely NOT cutting-edge. Very conservative culture technically and commercially. Also very Australia-centric although I understand they are trying to change this now
