Pros
I've made some of my closest friends here (though all but one has left), and I've been able to work on a number of interesting projects.
Cons
There is little recognition for good work; many managers take a passive aggressive approach to dealing with low performing workers; communication is not sufficient; wages are low comparatively; no benefits; minorities and foreigners not always respected; a fair amount of micro-managing on high profile projects.
