Pros

- Able to find decent RN contract relatively quickly - On-boarding for each contract can be painstaking but they help with it - Recruiter can be very helpful

Cons

- I've had a few different recruiters and some have been great, others not - Benefits (health insurance etc) are only active during contracts, not during gaps between contracts, and the policies are expensive with high deductibles.

Awful to the extreme

Pros

I cannot think of a single positive thing about working at this company.

Cons

Very hostile work environment that nobody with the power actually controls. Insane recruiters that treat internal teams with blatant disrespect and are dealt no consequences for it. NOBODY in management knows what they’re doing and they all refuse to accept any feedback or suggestions. Because they’re all soooo perfect!!! They treat you like you’re being difficult if you raise any concerns whatsoever. Just appallingly unprofessional. The health benefits are outrageously expensive and they doubled the premiums in a year claiming they had “no choice” but to pass the costs on to their employees…. Then they lay people off left and right claiming it’s due to financial constraints—all while spending multimillions on acquisitions, a brand new office, and corporate parties. But then there is ZERO company culture. Make it make sense!! If this company were a food it would be wonderbread: bland, vapid, and unfulfilling. Totally disingenuous and disappointing workplace.
