Pros

Not a lot to write about, maybe that the job is easy because there is not a lot of work.

Cons

So many: They have a hard time figuring out what the pipeline will be so they hire, lay off, hire, lay off in a vicious cycle with no loyalty or regard for the workers. The pipeline for new MSP clients is nothing and clients are leaving current agreements. The medical benefits are awful and very expensive. HR leadership is related to an executive so don’t bring any work problems to them or you will find yourself “laid off”. The MSP side is afraid of change, this means the MSP programs are being run like this is still 2010. There is no innovation and new ideas will be met with negative repercussions. The expectation is to fall in line with the top and do as they say, no exceptions. The MSP will claim to be vendor neutral and then pay bonuses to the program team strictly based on the % of workers billing through the GHR staffing side this was forcing us to lie to our clients.

Pros

The staff and the CEO himself not his leaders.

Cons

The company fosters a toxic environment driven by manipulative leadership and clear ethical failures. A senior executive frequently used controlling and emotionally abusive behavior, and only engaged with a small group of favored employees — creating deep divisions and a culture of fear. It was widely known among staff that personal and sexual relationships existed between members of upper management, and that these relationships appeared to directly impact business decisions, promotions, and job security. This created an unprofessional, uncomfortable atmosphere and fueled resentment and distrust across teams. The HR department was ineffective and compromised due to close personal ties to the CEO, making it nearly impossible to report concerns safely or confidentially. Serious issues were ignored or brushed aside, especially if they involved leadership. Favoritism was blatant, with different rules depending on your status or personal connection to executives. There was no real accountability — just optics. At the end of the day, money and loyalty to leadership clearly outweighed fairness, ethics, or employee wellbeing
