The management is governed by highly knowledgeable and empathetic employees. The Account Manager position is a great position if you're looking for an organization-focused position.

Cons

GLSolutions is quickly changing its operations, as GLSolutions is focused on growing and resolving quick software and client issues. This causes policy to rapidly change, and minimal misinterpretation of the positions expectations can arise.

Pros

Some people on the staff and management are good people.

Cons

The CEO is a joke. He is very reactive coming up with a new plan each quarter independent of the previous quarters. He does not care about human beings. A direct quote from the CEO is "I am glad for Covid, now I can get rid of the B and C employees and replace them with A employees. “ He does not trust his staff at all you can see this in the policies he puts in place regarding work from home. Also he will ask you to lie to his clients. They are always at least 3 months behind on all customer work.
