      Pros

      Strong personal development, high expectations of all staff including management, no tolerance of petty politics and game playing. Transparency is required.

      Cons

      High pressure with deadlines, training is weak.

      Pros

      Strong employee development. Management cares about employees. People are very friendly. Everyone likes to get stuff done. They don't tolerate BS and office politics. You get recognized for your accomplishments. The employees are very supportive and loyal to one another. They give 20+ days off a year, plus a month-long paid sabbatical after 5 years. Total compensation with incentives is higher than most similar jobs in Bend.

      Cons

      Things change quickly which can be stressful. They expect 45 hours a week. The culture of growth can be a little personal and uncomfortable. Training is weak.
