Pros

its downtown, you are almost guaranteed to get hired, if you are desperate for full time work you can work here, employees below management are awesome!

Cons

This place has no concept of work life balance, for $12 an hour they expect you to work 24/7 and the QA team which you will be hired onto is not allowed remote access so you will be working at a gloomy desk with poor ergonomics for at least 10 hours a day with no lunch or other breaks but you should figure on really more like 12 hours a day and no consideration if you have a personal life. Unless you are deemed part of the cool crowd (think about your middle school years and how that worked) you will not be promoted no matter how qualified you are for the position. The Enneagram stuff that they do is mostly used to shame lower level employees by saying things along the lines of you're only reacting this way b/c your an 8 or of course you're emotional about this you're a 2, as others have said the management is very disconnected and abusive. Don't listen when they disregard what is said on glassdoor, it really is that bad. and now lets talk about how they treat their clients... the name of the game is nickle and dime the clients for all they are worth, the product is not built well and is very often poorly designed to begin with, the QA team will then spend a significant amount of time being the whipping boy for the client and protecting the teams that did poor work. they'll build something to spec but they wont take into consideration how the client actually wants it to work and then they will charge the client more to make it work the way they originally wanted.

Pros

Great company to get into IT. The company rewards hard work and productivity. Training was designed to help me learn IT skills. It was long - two weeks, but very helpful. There's a lot to learn. They only promote from within - I was moved to a more advanced technical team in three months. Teams are fun and coworkers are both knowledgeable and happy to help me. I like the managers. They seem interested in helping me and working really hard. The software is very flexible. You can do almost anything with it - like a Swiss army knife. I like the time we spend learning about ourselves and what we are good at.

Cons

The software took me a little while to understand. Doing things write and efficiently is a constant here. Not everyone can hack it. I've heard a person or two making excuses for their work, but those folks usually leave pretty quickly, some not quickly enough.

Terrible company

Pros

You can at least tell who can't be trusted because as soon as they leave a room everyone starts talking normally again. They are mostly managers. The enneagram facilitator who is there most days is the same. After reading this they will probably install microphones under desks. If they haven't already. Things you say are often written down. It's not even subtle a lot of times.

Cons

Doing things half-baked is okay. If we do a terrible job on a government agency website by completely not understanding the agency needs...oh well. We can make them use their paid tasks and projects to fix the site in a way it should have operated at launch time instead of using those tasks and projects for all the things we told them they could add to the system later. It is a bug-prone system and based on old technology but they try to make it work for any type of client that they can so it is a real Frankenstein of a system. But worse still is that the company is a virtual personality-tweaking factory with lots of focus on changing your personality every single day. People often refer to one another as their personality number. It feels sort of like a cult in a way because they push the enneagram personality stuff on you every second of the day (plus weekly and monthly group meetings and a yearly overnighter out of town for the same purpose) so it will be easier to restructure your personality. I have seen quite a few people squirm and even actually cry in front of everyone during the enneagram sessions. It is creepy and mean to seek out those reactions. The pay is low, but I get more hours than I can handle so I have to keep with it for my family. I can't wait to get out, but the experience I am getting here appears to be worthless outside of here. Bill Moseley the company owner is running for city council now. Always looking for something new to run into the ground I guess.
