Pros

the company places heavy emphasis on how people work together, not just what we produce. This includes teamwork, engagement and collaboration across different roles. I work closely with project managers, developers and analysts when performing the duties of my role as a quality assurance specialist. I really enjoy the cross-team interactions to see projects reach a successful conclusion.

Cons

I'd like to see more company events to bring us all together more.

Cons

One area for improvement could be promoting better work-life balance by reducing consistently long workweeks. Encouraging a more manageable workload and ensuring most weeks stay closer to a standard 40 hours would help employees stay motivated, rested, and able to perform at their best over the long term.
