      Pros

      GL is a place where people have opportunity to challenge themselves, each day. Employees don't have clock punching jobs, they literally grow new capabilities each day by struggling to meet new challenges head on. Your coworkers are your buddies in and out of the office, real friendships are made. There is nothing quite like working side by side with others that are all after the same goal. Great place to grow and be a part of something bigger than yourself!

      Great people. Very organized. Managers and leaders really care about staff. Lots of opportunity for career advancement. Salaries rising quickly. Company doubled in size over the last year.
