A few things I really value about working with GL Solutions are the strong team culture and relationships—it genuinely feels like people support each other here. I also appreciate the focus on continuous growth and feedback, which pushes me to improve. And the mission-driven aspect of the work makes it meaningful, knowing what we build actually helps government agencies and the public.

Cons

One area GL Solutions could continue improving is workload balance and ensuring expectations are sustainable as the company grows. Some of the other employees are good people. Also there are rumors that the good reviews are current managers being asked to do them. So that’s funny.
