      One of the worst places to work in Flathead Valley

      Pros

      None come to mind. This place is a joke, it's like they thought Office Space was a documentary and modeled themselves after the innefficient corporation shown in the movie.

      Cons

      There is very little training and very high expectations. In the few months I worked there I saw no less than twenty people leave or get fired. The turnover is insane and eventually they will simply run out of cannon fodder to burn through, as they apparently did in Oregon.

      Well let's see....there are ABSOLUTLY NONE!

      Cons

      Training/on-boarding....none. Using outdated Wikis that don't line up with how the company runs...splendid. Pay...sucks and is based off of incorrect performance numbers. Tech work....non-existing. Their version 6 software was literally on Windows 95, in 2025. And there was 0 modern tech tolls used in your daily tasks/jobs. Work here only if you like being miserable for the rest of your existence. Oh and the CEO?? Clueless as to how to manage/lead people well. He would literally walk around and say "wow, the vibe feels off in here" and leave scratching his head. The company constantly failed to deliver quality products on time, or wouldn't structure their product to client specifications saying "this is the way we do it." As well, loosing 3.5 million in revenue in just the first quarter of the year!

      Pros

      I value the strong sense of teamwork and support at GL Solutions. Everyone is dedicated to delivering quality work, helping one another succeed, and continuously improving. The company’s commitment to integrity, innovation, and public service makes it fulfilling to contribute each day.

      Cons

      One area for improvement could be promoting better work-life balance by reducing consistently long workweeks. Encouraging a more manageable workload and ensuring most weeks stay closer to a standard 40 hours would help employees stay motivated, rested, and able to perform at their best over the long term.
