      Strong Culture Pre Pandemic

      Pros

      My teammates were great to work with, but we enjoyed all of the banter and day to day antics that came with face to face interaction. I think some of that has subsided since they've gone fully remote. You get to work for some cool brands, and I always found it easy to get access to the resources I needed to best do my job.

      Cons

      Hard to understand how to advance career on the creative side. Leadership not always transparent.
