      Run, don't just walk, from unethical leadership and poor management

      Pros

      Good place to start a career and get some experience, but not good for growth and development. Lots of opportunity for travel. Casual and cool work environment.

      Cons

      Very "old boys" mentality especially among top management - all men. Very poor leadership by management and ethically very questionable. NO respect for balance between work life and family life. Very uneven pay amongst employees withe same position and experience level, almost always resulting in women being paid much less than men.

      Pros

      Great college job. Great hours. Meet a lot of people. It is always different because each promotion is different. It pays good for a college job and you get to talk to people about the promotion. Not a job for a shy person must be outgoing and like to talk to people you do not know. They give you all kinds of cool stuff to give out and you can keep some for your self our your friends and parents it is also fun to do promotions for concerts because you get to meet the band and do all kind of fun things

      Pros

      People are facilities are great as well as some of the perks from the clients. They come up with some good ideas however, they seem to do things on the cheep lately or cut some corners and it has shown in some of the programs.

      Cons

      Has lost some major clients and is losing 2 more clients at the end of the year due to mergers and is laying off people. Like most marketing agency's, long hours are expected. Pay is some of the lowest in the industry and Milwaukee isn't the best place to live.
