Pros

+Generous commission +Generally pleasant customers +Can often read on the job is housekeeping stuff is done +Opportunity for promotion As with most retail jobs turnover is high, so if you stick around long enough you do get some privileges from higher ups. Some of these include moving to a higher traffic store (more commission),

Cons

-Sales targets were at times a little unreasonable (though unless you under-perform for months at a time nothing will come of it) -Rules and bureaucracy can be suffocating, highly dependant on your manager -Management will assume you're going to steal merchandise so you need to log everything you do
