Pros

Pay varies on performance, so when you work hard, you get immediate results. Hours are flexible, and the work is independent. Though hours are limited at any single location, there are ample opportunities to work many locations.

Cons

The main con is that there are not full time positions available outside of management. When someone is looking to be promoted to management, they are discouraged by not getting enough hours at any single location to make enough money.

Pros

Some what flexible if your manager is good/nice. Easy work. Sit and sell.

Cons

Pay is nothing compared to most places. We hold key and do all the money stuff. Someone at American Eagle/other mall stores, who get paid the same as us just work a register. Our responsibilities should be considered assistance managers. Our prices are higher than Vitamin Shoppe but we pay less.
