You learn a lot, the commissions were nice, flexible schedule.

Cons

Upper management was the worst, the commission steadily decreased as time went on, no respect for all the work you do.

Great coworkers and awesome rapport built with many of my customers.

Cons

Having to pressure customers into getting Pro memberships and Auto Deliver and Save. I've basically been trained to not take NO for an answer and to keep pushing it.

Cons

The culture, and direction of company. NO appreciation for long term employees, high turnover, work you like a dog, and hire anyone because they're desperate.
