      It's the Government and has the associated Government perks

      Cons

      Senior Management hasn't got a clue as to what they are doing. They are five years behind the curve from the private sector. Within the last administration a serious effort has been made to contract out software and services.. but the results have cost the taxpayer more than they will ever know.
