Innovative concepts with talented colleagues. Gifted biostatisticians, and scientists to build relationships with.

Cons

Toxic culture heavily weighted with gossip and disingenuous management. The company has exceptional PR to craft a narrative that supports their employees however the true experience is significantly different about 3-6 months in. Majority of people managers do not want to elevate their team or acknowledge work. Medical team management often takes the work of their MSLs and represents as their own. High turnover across leadership leads to a very unstable environment. If you inquire about the technology or performance characteristics you are given a communication approved answer, but no actual data to support the information. The HR repeatedly has only the interest of leadership and no equity in hiring or advancement in opportunities. When concerns are raised regarding equity, career development or management concerns this typically evolves into retaliation to differing degrees.

Technology holds great promise for detecting cancer early

Cons

Really underqualified middle and upper management; whatever level you were in pharma, you deserve a two step upgrade if you come here and be prepared for your supervisor to have a lot less industry experience than you have.

Pros

The mission is important, technology impressive, and people are friendly.

Cons

Lack of transparency across organization, no 401K, lacking benefits, median pay, acquisition upset-leadership is making millions while the people who got them to this point are getting close to nothing, job insecurity with the acquisition, employees work hard and are not treated equally, limited diversity.
