      Some culture issues, but still exciting

      Pros

      Really exciting mission with broad benefits to human health if realized. Great talent and particularly deep technical resources for a healthcare company. This is still a place to be if you want to work on something truly impactful and cutting-edge.

      Cons

      Significant leadership and engineering turnover in recent months has impacted overall employee morale, and there isn’t a high degree of confidence in the leaders remaining. Career development is very bleak and favoritism rampant, esp. in the bioinformatics function.

      Pros

      This is a really good place to work where everyone is mission driven. Technology here is really good. Software has a good policy of openness and transparency. Great place to grow. Really amazing work life balance

      Cons

      Some growing pains that come with the startup. Certain teams can be hard to collaborate with since they operate on a "need to know" basis, but there are efforts in place to change this. Lack of diversity in the leadership team is something I'd like to see change.

      Working with smart people and having impact.

      Cons

      Unprofessional and toxic politics. It's not worth your sanity. I would avoid this company like the plague. First impression via the HR recruiter should have been a clear sign of how disorganized they are.
