Pros

Super friendly co-workers, tons of challenges, and lots of autonomy . I really feel like my work is valued and meaningful.

Cons

Transitioning from an R&D company to a commercial company -- can be a bit disorganized at times, but it's also a huge opportunity to shape the future of the company.

Pros

Amazing people working on interesting problems who truly care about their work and the patients. Grail is a company that really pushes the bounds of what is possible, and it is exciting to be part of that.

Cons

As Grail gets ready to launch its first product there is a lot of learnings going on and priorities and responsibilities shift. Grail is great at figuring out what is possible, we are still working on the execution bit.

Pros

Grail's company culture is centered around patients. Grail employees are motivated to launch a product that will save lives. It's amazing to work around a team so passionate and committed to bringing early cancer detection to the population. - Clear leadership alignment on timelines and goals. - Monthly company meetings that provide transparency. - Focus on early cancer detection. - Talented cross functional teams.

Cons

Too many to list! But none that outweigh the impact of having an accessible population-scale multi-cancer screening blood test. This is a game-changer. But it is hard and there are many challenges. - High performing teams that don't always agree. - Growing pains moving from an R&D to a commercial +R&D company. - Ambiguous environment. - A lot of management changes.
