The pace at which GRUBBRR is growing creates a plethora of opportunities for employees to learn and elevate. The management is committed to giving employees any and all resources they need to be successful. Each employee has the ability to make an impact. Staff is friendly and welcoming. All of the executives are tremendously knowledgable and extremely willing to share what they know! Overall, excellent company to work for!

Cons

The company is still developing some operational structures which can be a downside for some. For others, however, it is an opportunity to step up and create meaningful positive change.

There are none at this point

staff is burnt out. Management is nowhere to be found. Executives are never in office. Management doesn’t understand the product or even know what it is most of the time. The CEO is not a nice person to deal with. Layoffs once a year with minimal hiring being done. No HR. No accountability. Somehow there is always no money. The company will most likely collapse within the next one to two years. Get out and away while you can.
