Senior leadership knows that there is work to be done. You get exposure to QSR/fast casual industry. Opportunity to learn if you put in the work. Talented coworkers.

Cons

Even with great talent, company growth is nonexistent. All the seats at the table are taken, and no growth in sight. Uncertain environment. Employee layoffs, management was obviously safe. Employees are confused how some people landed certain roles and what they are still doing there. Worthless options
