The office space was clean and well-organized.

Cons

The CEO's aggressive approach led to a punishing work culture that felt unnecessarily hostile. There were flawed processes in place that forced developers to waste hours on pointless tasks, which drained energy and morale. Efforts to push bak on inefficient strategies were met with resistance, making it feel impossible to actually get anything meaningful done. Any sense of accomplishment was overshadowed by the unyielding pressure to meet unrealistic demands, making even small wins feel hollow.

Absolutely none. This place is complete garbage.

Cons

The work environment is absolutely unprofessional. Don't be surprised if you find people leaving their jobs to go work at McDonald's or really anywhere else. Plus the company has no real future as it is being wrecked by bigger, better competition that values their employees.

Experience an unmatched level of stress and perpetual exhaustion while working for this company. Also, dealing with your supervisors brings additional headaches to the already horrible work environment and experience.
