Pros

There's a free coffee machine. Also, one of the other commenters complained about the lack of gender diversity; that seems to have improved somewhat but more could be done.

Cons

No one knows what's going on. The rapid turnover rate means institutional knowledge gets lost. Management is either working with old information or just has no idea how projects are really going. There's not enough focus on the user experience.

Pros

None. There is currently nothing positive there. Only positive thing is the PM Leda and the team. Otherwise nothing.

Cons

Degrading Pay. 1 week paid off for first 2 years. The owner Sam, is in never never land. He things everything works at Grubbrr and pitches to the high level enterprise company solutions Grubbrr still cannot deliver. Makes the work environment miserable. Get yelled at by management and blamed things are not done. Your position is squeezed with so many unrelated tasks and they don’t want to hire more staff and the pay is very low below standards of other companies.
