Pros

They do truly care about their employees and treat them well. Compensation is good. They do everything they can to help you succeed. Ideal company for me, family owned and not a faceless corporation. At first glance it can appear that there is nepotism, but the family members in high positions are all very smart and very good at what they do so it is clear to me they earned their positions.

Cons

I feel a little under-utilized based on my background and experience, but that's on me since I knew what I was getting into when I signed up. The onboarding training is pretty lackluster, more learn as you go. There is a good support network and people are there to answer your questions. They sell a complicated product.

Pros

-Flexible and understanding regarding doctor's visits, kid dropoffs, etc. -Phone reimbursement -Some management is super helpful -Nice, new facility for headquarters location in Germantown

Cons

-Majority of upper management has clear disconnect with employees -Expenses budget tightly held, they ALWAYS book you in a hotel with a coworker, however inappropriate -Very little room for growth -Pay raises don't reflect performance, good or bad -Management has very little knowledge of product lines, so cannot help when a problem occurs

Many of our merit increases exceed industry average if employees are meeting and exceeding expectations.
