Pros

There was great work life balance.

Cons

Poor culture, poor management, no opportunities to move up, no transparency within management no metrics provided on performance. Lots of favoritism.

We are, of course. very sorry to hear this. I wish we knew the department or group this individual had come from so that we could better zero in on addressing the concerns. Even so, we will certainly take this feedback into consideration across all levels.

Great company to work for

Pros

GSC has a great culture, it is easy to interact with management and executives. I feel like my opinion and insights are valued. I can do my job without being questioned for every decision I make. A great mix of co-workers makes the job fun.

Cons

With some employees working remotely it can be hard to share ideas. Video calls work well but in-person is best.
