      Pros

      Excellent benefits, stable employment for the foreseeable future, high respect and high integrity environment. The company is patient first focused. Any company that puts the customer first is more successful and a better place to work than the alternative. Opportunities to change jobs occur surprisingly frequently both temporarily and permanently.

      Cons

      It is a highly regulated environment so it takes more time and effort to accomplish new things, which can be frustrating at times. Some areas are understaffed.

      Pros

      Great people, great products, industry leading, innovative, great pipeline, values-driven, customer centric, respectful workplace, great culture, fairly strong empowerment to run our business strategically within appropriate guard rails.

      Cons

      Behavior based selling model impedes potential for significant growth & sales professional accountability, and misaligns incentives around demonstrating behaviors vs. making sales. To some degree, the company is also focused on metrics (reach, frequency, # of calls, etc.) and wanting leaders to hold teams accountable to those things because we aren't allowed to incentivize sales performance below a regional level due to the Corporate Integrity Agreement GSK is in with the OIG.

      Pay, some great colleagues, flexible schedule when necessary, continual training, great benefits package, decent customer spending account, territory size was manageable

      Cons

      Unnecessary stress, lots of box checking, performance review all based on manger's opinions not sales, unrealistic sales expectations, many no-see docs that are expected to be called on
