Decisions are based on people and not what's right for the company; Organizations get formed and reformed Way too many org changes - employees have had multiple managers within short periods of time which is a career killer Wrong people get promoted or given opportunities or developed only to disappoint Mediocre management that needs to be replaced , especially the C-suite and middle management Jumps into areas too quickly without much thinking and then pulls out too soon from productive areas Great place to learn stuff, but not a great place to build a career

All politics all the time. Hitting targets is not as important as kissing up to management. Targets were poorly defined and resources to achieve targets were withheld unless you kissed up.
